Today is my mom and Aunt Paula's 52nd birthday! As my mom enters into the "grandmother" phase of her life, Paula is quickly learning all of the tricks teenagers have up their sleeves. I love them both very much and I hope their day is wonderful!

Jewelry from the HEART

Since I graduated, I have found myself a lot less busy than I am use to...So, I've decided to start making personalized jewelry! To be more specific, I am making necklaces with personalized messages hand-stamped on the charms. Definitely not a pro at it yet, but I am truly enjoying the hobby! I have seen versions of these necklaces at high-end boutiques selling for fifty dollars or more depending on the message. I, however, will be making them for a much more reasonable price starting at just $20. Please let me know if you are interested in ordering your own! They would make wonderful Valentine's Day gifts or for anyone expecting a new addition to their family!

A Whole New World...

I've created this blog as an opportunity to share all of the wonderful updates in my life with my family and friends.  As a recent college graduate, I'm experiencing all of the ups and downs of job hunting; however, there's another wonderful new aspect in my life other than entering the work-force...I will also be entering into motherhood in May!!! That's right, Michael, my other half, and I are expecting a beautiful, bouncing baby boy in just 19 more weeks! After so many changes in my life, I have really learned the meaning of patience and rolling with the punches. (In this case, the little punches in my growing belly!)
